Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or engaging our mentoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Service Descriptions and Limitations
Our mentoring programs are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific business outcomes. All services are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We commit to professional standards but disclaim liability for decisions made based on our guidance.
Intellectual Property
All materials, including methodologies, frameworks, and training content, are proprietary and protected by copyright and trade secret laws. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use only. Reproduction, distribution, or derivative creation without written consent is prohibited.
Client Obligations
Clients must provide accurate information and cooperate fully during engagements. Failure to do so may result in termination without refund. Confidentiality obligations are defined in separate Non-Disclosure Agreements.
Payment and Cancellation
Fees are due as per invoice terms. Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest. Cancellations within 14 days of start date forfeit 50% of the fee. Force majeure events may affect performance but obligations are suspended only during the event.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from services is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wilmington, DE, per the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class actions are waived.
